Childhood is the most beautiful of all life's seasons.~Author Unknown I was raised on our family farm west of Hancock, MN. I graduated from the University of Minnesota, Morris, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in education. Currently, I am a special education teacher at Glacial Hills Elementary School and enrolled in graduate studies at St. Cloud State University. Throughout my career, I have been committed and have enjoyed teaching and educating children. My husband, Lyle, and I live in Starbuck and we have five grown children. We enjoy spending time and vacations with our family including our very special grandchildren. My hobbies include all outdoor activities such as walking, biking, flower gardening and swimming. In the summer, I enjoy taking the pontoon out on Lake Minnewaska and fishing for sunfish. I am proud to be a member of the Starbuck community and especially honored to be a teacher at Glacial Hills Elementary, a small school with a big heart.  | |
