At Glacial Hills, we have carefully selected Scholastic Literacy as our reading and writing curriculum, empowering students with voice and choice to foster a genuine love for literacy. With authentic and culturally relevant reading selections and writing prompts, we ignite curiosity and engagement. Additionally, our adoption of the Bridges in Mathematics curriculum has been met with enthusiasm from both teachers and students, promoting deep conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills.
Beyond academics, we are dedicated to supporting your child's holistic growth. Our dedicated student support specialist, Kristi Gruber, employs the Second Step social-emotional curriculum and restorative justice practices to help students become their best selves. Through whole-group lessons and individual support sessions, we ensure that every student receives the personalized attention they need to thrive.
