Preschool & PreKindergarten Programming

Thank you for your interest in Glacial Hills Elementary Preschool and Prekindergarten!

Our Preschool and Prekindergarten programs are operated under Minnesota’s Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF). These programs are licensed through DCYF as certified child care programs, separate from our licensed child care center that serves infants and toddlers.

General Admissions

Although the 2025–2026 school year is already underway, we continue to accept enrollments throughout the year! Families interested in enrolling children from infancy through prekindergarten can complete registration through Brightwheel. Program Overview

Welcome to Our Four-Star Parent Aware Preschool!

We are proud to offer families the flexibility to choose the educational path that works best for their youngest learners. Our preschool program provides three full-day options to fit your needs:

All Day, Every Day: 7:30 AM – 2:50 PM | $187/week
3 Full Days (Monday, Wednesday, Friday): 7:30 AM – 2:50 PM | $112/week
2 Full Days (Tuesday, Thursday): 7:30 AM – 2:50 PM | $75/week

Eligibility Requirements:
To enroll, children must be 3 years old by September 1, 2025. However, we welcome enrollments throughout the school year for children who are at least 3 years old and potty-trained.

Meals:

Meals are included in our tuition!

After-School Care:
For families needing extended care, we offer after-school care from 2:50 PM – 5:00 PM. To register, you will complete a digital form at the beginning of the year. This will be emailed to all families in August 2025.

How to Enroll:

Email Jodee Lund (Jlund@glacialhills.org) or Ms. Mercy (mstout@glacialhills.org) to receive an invitation from Brightwheel.

Important Note:
Your child's spot will only be secured once the registration form is completed and the fee is paid.

Transportation:
Parents/guardians are responsible for arranging drop-off and pick-up. For assistance, we recommend contacting Rainbow Rider at (800) 450-7770.
